Adventure Travel Plans
To a successful adventure travel, adventure junkies have to make their travel plans more thoroughly than normal tourists.
Most of the time will be self-sufficient and adventure travelers should be prepared for every man, physical challenge or the wildlife they might encounter. – Adventure tours are seasonal. Winter is ideal for skiing, while the same areas offer great hiking in summer. Even the temperate and tropical regions have two seasons – the dry or wet.
During the flight from place to place is relatively easy, ground transportation can be very stressful. Transport logistics are in any location (ie different public transport, car rental policy). Plan ahead to avoid delays, confusion and frustration.
Buy local supply that some supplies will be purchased locally from the trip with them is illegal or impractical (ie, kerosene, batteries, small and perishable goods). Arrival time accordingly so that a local store to replenish, to find provisions.
The research in the field. For example, check the schedule for public buses (some do not work every day); to know if the shops close early (especially in small cities), whether public showers may not be available at recreation centers. Be independent and may be an ordinary trip into an extraordinary journey to prepare.
